This kind of drum teeth coupling can be used for finishing mills of plate mill. Required rotation speed of it is high. This kind of coupling has many advantages such as smooth operation, high torque, large compensation angle, long life. The hardened tooth surface of carburizing and quenching is gear profile and the coupling should be lubricated circularly by dilute oil.
